6. How long do we store your personal data?

As a general rule, your personal data is only stored during the period of time required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legislation or regulation.

Some exceptions apply:

• data collected in connection with contact requests is stored until the requests are fully processed;
• connection and browsing data is stored for 13 months;
• commercial correspondence (e.g. invoices) is stored for 10 years from the end of the financial year, for accounting purposes, and the same applies for commercial documents;
• data used for marketing purposes:
  • customers: three years from the end of the business relationship (starting at the end of the contract) or the last interaction with the customer
  • prospects: three years from the date of data collection or the last interaction with the prospect (request for information, click on a link in an email, etc.)
• contractual data: for the duration of the contractual relationship then for five years after the end of the relationship for purposes of evidence.

7. Your rights regarding your personal data?

Applicable personal data protection regulation entitles you to:

• rectify your personal data, i.e. modify any outdated, inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
